I had to wait a while for customer service to reply, and I ended up following up twice about it. That whole back-and-forth was kind of frustrating, honestly. I get that this stuff can take time, but it still felt slower than it should’ve.

I mostly use santaanita.com on race days, and it makes the whole thing way more fun because I can check the races, look up the horses, see results, and follow the live action from home without having to click around forever or feel like I’m missing what’s going on. It’s easy to use, keeps things exciting, and I had a great time following along, so I’ll definitely be back...

I canceled pretty much right away, or at least I thought I did, and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. Not sure if there’s some step I missed or if it’s just taking forever, but the whole thing has been kind of a mess.

I stopped by thinking it would be a quick visit, but then I saw the parking price and did a double take. It feels way too expensive just to leave your car there for a bit. I get that parking costs money, but these prices are getting ridiculous.

Just a quick heads up for anyone planning to go, I ended up paying less for admission than I expected. it felt like a good value, so don’t assume it’s going to be overpriced before you check.

They had a lot of drinks to choose from, which I really liked. Everything seemed nice overall, and it’s always better when there are plenty of options, you know?

Had a really nice time here!!! The venue was great and made for a fun day out!!! The lines did get a bit long at times, but overall it wasn’t too bad!!! Parking was okay too, which was a nice surprise!!!

I tried buying tickets online, it was more annoying than I expected. Some of the pages felt confusing, and a little slow, and I had to click around more than I thought I would. I did get the tickets in the end, but, yeah, the whole process could definitely be smoother

Trying to get in was ridiculous. The traffic was backed up so badly that it made the whole arrival experience frustrating before we even got there. What a joke...

I used santaanita.com for the first time it was easy enough to find my way around. The menus actually made sense, which is always nice, right?? I didn’t have to keep clicking through random pages just to find what I needed. It also loaded fine on my phone, so overall it was a simple, smooth experience

I was mostly checking santaanita.com to get an idea of the food prices, and overall they seemed fair. A few things were cheaper than I expected, and I liked that I could compare prices without having to dig around too much.
That said, not everything felt like a great deal, and a couple items still seemed a little high. My main annoyance was that some of the communication/details weren’t as clear as they should’ve been, which made it more frustrating than necessary. Still, the prices are reasonable overall, so I’d probably give it 4 stars.

The paddock view was okay overall, and I’m glad I got to check it out. That said, the whole experience could’ve been a bit smoother. Some of the hassle felt preventable, which made it less enjoyable than it probably should’ve been.

Had a really nice day in the VIP area at Santa Anita . Getting in was easy , the staff were friendly , and the food came out quickly . I felt taken care of the whole time and really enjoyed the experience

I went last weekend the place was really clean the whole time I was there. The bathrooms were stocked, which I always notice because it’s so annoying when places run out of soap or paper towels, and the trash bins weren’t overflowing or gross. It just felt like someone was actually checking on things regularly instead of waiting until the end of the day. You can definitely tell they stay on top of maintenance, and it made the whole visit feel a lot more comfortable.

I wish I had read some reviews before going. The place was way too packed, and the lines got confusing really fast. Staff didn’t do much to guide people, so it felt like everyone was just pushing around trying to figure out where to go. It could’ve been a fun experience, but the crowd control really needs a lot more work.

So... I went for one of their special events and had a decent time overall. The vibe was good and the staff were really friendly, which definitely helped. That said, the lines got kind of long and it wasn’t always clear what was happening or where to go. I still enjoyed myself, but I think things could run a lot smoother with better planning for bigger crowds.

I ordered from Santa Anita Park it was kind of a mixed experience. Some bites were good, and then other parts were just sort of there, like I kept waiting for the flavor to pick up but it never really did.

The meat was cooked okay, no real complaints there, but the sides felt a little plain to me. Maybe I was expecting more because I was really hungry at the time, or maybe I just had something else in my head, but it didn’t quite hit the spot.

Overall, it was decent enough and I finished most of it, so it definitely wasn’t bad. I just don’t think it’s something I’d be thinking about later and wanting again right away. For the price, I expected a bit more, so 3 stars feels about right

Some days the camera looks blurry or way too far away, so I’m sitting there trying to figure out what the surface actually looks like and not getting much of an answer.

For a quick glance, I guess it’s okay, but when track conditions really matter, it gets frustrating. I thought it would be more reliable, and I’m not even sure contacting customer service would do much since those kinds of issues usually just get brushed off.

The staff member helping me kind of seemed annoyed that I was asking, which made the whole thing feel a little uncomfortable. I wasn’t expecting a full lesson or anything, just a bit more patience would’ve been nice.

The site just seemed a little sketchy to me, or at least not something I felt totally comfortable with. I wasn’t sure about putting in my card details or personal info, so I ended up leaving and using another place instead.
